I did mean to get back to this...but, as is it's wont, real life interferred.
This one amused me a lot. Maybe John le Carre will write a book about a cooking show which is a front for spies...
Anyway, Julia Child worked for the OSS, the forerunner of the CIA, during the second world war--in two locations. George Bush was the director of the CIA and rumored to have a longer history with it that just that. Meyer Kahane worked for the FBI counter-intelligence unit spying on those disreputable anti-war folks and other evil-doers in the mid-60s.
